Google Workspace apps

Google Workspace คือ บริการสำหรับการใช้งานข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ในรูปแบบของระบบคลาวด์ (Cloud) ซึ่งเหมาะสำหรับผู้ใช้งานภายในองค์กรที่มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงานสูง โดยระบบ Google Workspace จะทำให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถทำงานร่วมกันแบบเรียบไทม์ออนไลน์ ภายใต้ข้อมูลของระบบคลาวด์ (Cloud) จึงสามารถทำงานได้ทุกที่ ทุกเวลา ผ่านทุกอุปกรณ์ที่รองรับการใช้งานทั้งหมด โดย Google Workspace มีฟังก์ชั่นการใช้งานที่มากกว่าเป็นเพียงการใช้งาน [e-mail] อย่างเดียวเท่านั้น แต่ยังมีบริการเสริมอีกมากมาย เพื่อรองรับรูปแบบการทำงานขององค์กรได้อย่างดีเยี่ยม อาทิเช่น

• Google Sheets

Sheets เป็นระบบที่พัฒนาโดย Google เพื่อใช้งานสำหรับการสร้างตารางข้อมูล และสามารถใชสูตรคำนวณข้อมูลในตารางได้ ซึ่งเหมือนการใช้งานผ่านโปรแกรม Microsoft Excel โดย Google Sheets สามารถแชร์ข้อมูลให้คนอื่นสามารถมองเห็น แก้ไข หรือคอมเม้นข้อมุลในเอกสารพร้อมกันได้เลยแบบ Real Time และสามารถใช้งานผ่าน Browser ได้เลยโดยไม่ต้องลง Software ในการใช้งาน
